Data Deletion & Privacy Requests

You are in control of the data My A.I - OS (operated by Digital Jockey) holds about you. Deletion and export are fully automated and self-service — sign in and act on your data instantly, with no email or manual request required.

Checking your session…

1. Delete Your Account & All Data (Automated)

Signed in, choose “Delete My Account & Data” above and confirm. This immediately and permanently removes your account and everything associated with it from our systems:

  • your account profile and login details;
  • every connected platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business Profile, Google Ads) and its stored OAuth access tokens;
  • all scheduled and published post records, and your uploaded media;
  • generated AI content and your advertising analytics.

The action is irreversibleand takes effect immediately — there is no waiting period and no email step.

2. Export Your Data

Choose “Export My Data” above to download a JSON copy of your account details, connected-platform metadata, and post history. For your security, stored access tokens and secrets are never included in the export.

3. Delete Specific Data Without Closing Your Account

You can also remove parts of your data at any time from the dashboard:

  • Disconnect a connected platform in the Scheduler— this deletes the OAuth tokens for that account and removes its scheduled posts.
  • Delete individual posts and media from the dashboard to remove their records and the associated uploaded files.
  • Revoke access at the sourcefrom each platform’s own settings (for example, the Business Integrations or connected-apps section of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or your Google Account).

4. Content Already Published

Deleting your My A.I - OS data does not delete posts that already live on a third-party platform under your direction. Content published to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or YouTube must be removed using that platform’s own tools, or by disconnecting and deleting it from the dashboard before you close your account.
